Subscriptions

There are a few important things to note about subscriptions on RPLAY:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically on the first of each month. As such, users will not be able to subscribe to paid tiers on the first of each month.

  • You cannot change the pricing of a subscription tier once it's been set. You will have to delete the plan to change subscription pricing. This may result in losing all subscribers to that tier.
