Subscriptions
Subscription System Overview
By using the subscription system, you can offer subscribers different levels of access depending on the tier, such as access to specific content, live streams, or messaging features.
Subscribers can enjoy the benefits of the tier they subscribed to during the month of their payment.
The subscription fee is set by the creator for each tier, and subscribers pay the fee at the time they subscribe.
Fees are renewed on the 1st of every month for users who maintain their subscription (based on UTC, not on a rolling 30-day cycle).
Running a subscription program allows you to secure steady monthly income.
Creating a Subscription Tier
Go to My Channel and click Subscription Settings.
Click Add Tier and select the newly created tier.
Set the subscription fee for the tier and click Next.
Note: Once a tier is created, its fee cannot be modified, so please choose carefully.
Set the tier name and image, and write a detailed description of the content and benefits offered at that tier.
If no image is uploaded, the first letter of the tier name will be used automatically.

Editing or Deleting Subscription Tiers
You can select an existing subscription tier to edit its name, image, and description.
You can also change the display order of tiers by clicking the arrow on the right side of the tier list.
The subscription fee of a tier cannot be edited. If you wish to change the subscription fee, you will need to delete the existing tier and create a new one.
To delete a tier, select the tier you want to remove and click the Delete Tier button. (When a tier is deleted, all existing subscribers to that tier will lose their subscription access.)
For the sake of subscribers, please delete tiers only after midnight on the last day of the month. (Be sure to announce it in advance.)
If the description of a subscription tier is insufficient, or if the benefits listed are not actually provided, the subscription fee may be subject to a refund.
1.Plan in advance how many pieces of content you will upload for each tier every month, and how much you will charge. 2. Set the monthly subscription fee lower than the total individual sale price of the content uploaded during that month. 3. By diversifying the type and quality of your content, you can create multiple subscription tiers.
Create simple “B-grade” content → Set a tier where only B-grade content can be viewed.
Create carefully crafted “A-grade” content → Set a tier where only A-grade content can be viewed.
Create a tier where both A-grade and B-grade content can be viewed.
You can also differentiate tiers by time period:
Tier A – Only this month’s uploaded content is viewable.
Tier B – This month’s + last month’s uploaded content is viewable.
⚠️ Be cautious when creating a tier that grants access to all content regardless of time or grade. Users may watch all of your previously uploaded content within a single month and then lose the motivation to subscribe to higher-tier options afterward.
Please take time to study how other creators set their subscription models and pricing before finalizing your own. 😉
A paid subscription may be refunded in the following cases:
The subscriber has not yet used any subscription-exclusive services (such as content or live streams) after payment.
The services promised in the subscription tier description are not provided.
The subscriber upgrades from a lower tier to a higher tier. (Refunds are only possible if the higher tier clearly includes all services from the lower tier.)
The creator directly requests a refund.
Issuing Free Subscription Coupons
You can issue 1-month free subscription coupons to attract more subscribers. Users who receive a coupon can enjoy a free subscription for one month, and the subscription fee will be charged starting on the 1st of the following month.
Select the tier for which you want to issue the coupon.
Click the Issue Coupon button, then set the code name and expiration date before generating the coupon.
Announce the coupon code through your community, social media, or messaging platforms. Users can enter the code to subscribe to that tier for free for one month.

If you use free subscription coupons well, users who subscribed with a coupon are more likely to convert into paid subscribers.

Tips
When issuing free subscription coupons, limit the usage period to stimulate FOMO (fear of missing out).
When distributing coupons, promote them together with a preview of the content available through the coupon for better response.
Adding Subscriber-Only Emotes
You can add subscriber-only emotes for each subscription tier. Communicate with your fans more enjoyably using your own unique emotes!
Go to My Channel → Channel Management → Emote Settings.
Click the Manage button and select the tier where you want to add emotes. Upload an image, set a name, and then click Save — that’s it!
