This is every upload-centric creator's bread-and-butter menu. Get your content out there making money with a few simple clicks!

Getting Started with Content Uploads

  • Click the Upload icon at the top right of the site to upload your contents. (On mobile, tap the More button and then tap Upload.). Then, choose the type of content you want from available formats.

Studio

In Studio, you can upload or check and edit your uploaded content, VOD, clips, and CYOA.

  • Content - Upload & publish videos, audio content, or recorded replays. (viewed via streaming)

  • VOD - Publish live stream recordings automatically saved on RPLAY.

  • File - Upload images or downloadable content.

  • CYOA - Publish interactive content with multiple choices and endings.

Quick Edit

With Quick Edit, you can edit multiple pieces of content at once. Select the content you want, press the Quick Edit button, and choose the options to modify.

  1. Title: Add text to the beginning/end of titles, or replace them entirely.

  2. Tags: Add/remove tags, or replace them all.

  3. Price: Edit the price of content in bulk.

  4. Discount: Apply discount for multiple pieces of content at once.

The 'Content Viewable To' menu allows you to choose who can access your content. Creators have three options:

  • Free - available to anyone;

  • Subscriber access - content is free for subscribers to the tiers you set;

  • Paid access - users can purchase your content with coins.

Bonus Coins

Bonus coins are free currency occasionally given to users by RPLAY. You can choose to allow or disallow purchases made with bonus coins.

Purchases made with bonus coins will not reflect on your revenue for creator payouts.

Although they don't count towards revenue, bonus coins are a proven way of increasing and retaining traffic, which leads to much more revenue down the line.

We recommend making good use of this feature by strategically allowing bonus coin purchases.

Collaborators

Add a collaborator's email to the provided space.

You can then set Profit Share percentages, which allows creators to automatically share any amount of coin revenue with your collaborator(s).

How to set up:

  1. Enter the RPLAY account email of the co-creator and click the Add button.

  2. Enter the revenue share percentage for each creator

    1. Revenue share percentage can only be set in increments of 10

    2. The total revenue share cannot exceed 100%

We're quite proud of this feature, and recommend using it liberally. 🤭
