File Studio

Apart from the type of file that gets uploaded, all File Studio settings are the same as the Content Studio.

The main difference between File Studio and Content Studio uploads are:

• File type (any type of file is allowed in File Studio, while Content Studio requires mp3 or mp4.

• Channel tabs: File Studio uploads are displayed under the "Files" tab in My Channel. Click here to learn more about channel tabs.

Paid Access

The 'Content Viewable To' menu allows you to choose who can access your content. Creators have three options:

• Free - available to anyone;

• Subscriber access - content is free for subscribers to the tiers you set;

• Paid access - users can purchase your content with coins

Choose one option from this menu:

• Public to Everyone: content is free for everyone.

• Only Purchasable with Coins: content can only be purchased with coins. You can set your coin price. If you'd like, you can also make your upload limited edition by setting a limit on how many copies you'll sell.

• Subscription tiers: choose all subscription tiers you'd like to make the upload free for. You can then set a coin price for non-subscribers, or turn on the 'Only for subscribers' toggle to make it exclusive to subscribers.

Bonus Coins

Bonus coins are free currency occasionally given to users by RPLAY. You can choose to allow or disallow purchases made with bonus coins.

Purchases made with bonus coins will not reflect on your revenue for creator payouts.

Although they don't directly count as revenue, bonus coins are a proven way of increasing and retaining traffic, which can lead to much more revenue down the line. We recommend making good use of this feature by strategically allowing bonus coin purchases.

Collaborators

Add a collaborator's RPLAY email to the space provided.

You can then set Profit Share percentages, which allows creators to automatically share any amount of coin revenue with your collaborator(s).
